Thank you for joining the Creative Fenland project, part of ‘Know Your Neighbourhood Fund’ funded by the Government to reduce loneliness and increase volunteering. You will be asked to complete a short questionnaire several times. This should only take 5 minutes each time and is important to help inform decision makers that projects like ours are vital and deserve further funding.

Our courses are for adults 19 years and over (must be aged 19 on 31 August 2024) who live in the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough region*. Please note we prioritise new learners with health conditions, disabilities and/or unpaid caring responsibilities. You cannot do the same course more than once. *We may be able to offer places outside of the CPCA area (excluding London) where funding allows.

To provide your creative course we need to process your data to perform our contract with you and where appropriate, this processing will be based on consent that you have provided to us. In line with our privacy notice, your data is shared with our educational and funding partners. This is to check for eligibility and equality monitoring. No details of health challenges are shared with third parties.

Please note, submitting a form does not commit you to taking the course nor does it guarantee you a space, but it is the first step towards getting involved with Creative Fenland. If the course is undersubscribed or oversubscribed, we will let you know and may need to cancel your application appointment.
